True Learning
People don’t value free stuff.
Not because they don’t want to “intentionally” value it,
but because the human mind is built in such a way that unless there is tension in the mind, it does not register anything.
“Free” is tension-less. Thus, the mind ignores whatever is given away for free.
The surest way to ensure that the student imbibes none of that you say is to give it away for “free”.
You will be better off keeping all your secrets to yourself, unless a truly sincere student appears.
Now you will ask who is a sincere student?
A sincere student is someone who is desperate to know. Not out of curiosity and to gain the pleasure of “knowing” a secret.
But whose heart is hell bent on knowing the truth. He seeks understanding, rather than information.
And the teacher must seduce this person into finding the secret for himself. For there is no way to “transfer” the secret from a person’s visceral understanding to another.
True learning is not transfer of information. No-one does that better than Google.
True learning is understanding the truth. And testing it a 100 times to make sure that it is THE truth. And not opinion, belief, dogmas taken from the culture.
