Fear Out of Nowhere

When we begin our healing journey, we realize we need to heal from past traumas. All the way down to abandonment. But how can one have these qualities without experiencing a reason for it to happen? How does a child gain the fear of being alone when they are never alone? This is the problem I am facing with my son.

I am a stay-at-home mom, poet, and author. My son is never alone. He is always with me. So how did he come to gain the fear of being alone? Could it be that his spirit came with this fear from a past life? If so, how do I help him heal from something that is beyond our control?

If for some reason the fear came from the fact that he is never alone, and when he is he freaks out, then where did he get the fear of his moms never coming back?

See this is a curiosity that is still to be determined. Still to be figured out. As if I am an alien trying to figure out human fears.

If the connection between parent and child is that strong to arise a fear out of nowhere, I wonder if this is the same for some other fears. If so, how do we overcome? How do we prevent it? If there is no way to do so, then why are fears so bad?
