I'm always terrible at it, and this winter time has really gotten away from me. I have a new release in 1 WEEK and have done no promo so far! Sob.

Lol, and the pub date is also the deadline on edits for the novella that's releasing late Feb. 2022 still feels like "next year" in my head.
Congrats on your new release! M.D. is right, one might be a great help. Another suggestion? Do something fun. Something quick and easy yet that you find fun to promote your book. ;) For instance, I'm a quote fiend so I've had a great time jotting down quotes from my books I'm particularly fond of, tweeting them with with my cover and a buy link. ;)



Maybe this article is your way of telling yourself (and readers) that it's time to rebalance and spend a little more time writing? Maybe take an Artist's Date for yourself to write?
