These are the exercises that I am doing as of now (includes some additions to the ones that I’ve been doing previously) –
Jog in place for 5 minutes 5 types of arm exercises – each type 20 times one set – without weightsBurpees 7 timesLunges 7 timesAnkle lifts 30 secRussian twist 20 timesLeg lifts 7 timesCrunches 15 timesChild’s pose 10 secCobra pose 10 sec
Total 15-20 min time.
It has been 2 months since I am following this regimen daily and I am getting excellent results!
