Here is another excerpt for you :)

“Well, do we have a deal?” she persisted.

Calum just shook his head and almost broke out in a smile because there was no way that Selena was going to beat Anna in the baking contest. Anna, Kerry and Tyler’s cook-housekeeper, won every year. Her pies were delicious and out of this world.

“Sure, Selena if you win, I will let you stay and hire you on as my cook, but if you lose, I don’t want to hear anything more about you wanting to stay and cook here. You will take my help and then go home. Agreed?” Calum turned to face her in his chair and put out his hand for her to shake.

Selena looked at the hand and then she moved closer to him and leaned down, gathering some of his shirt in her fist. His eyes opened wide at her actions.

“How about we seal this deal with a kiss? Hmm?” Selena’s eyes twinkled in mirth now at him.

“Selena─” was all he was allowed to say before she sealed her lips to his with a gentle kiss.
Her kiss was sweet and she sighed against his lips, then pulled slightly away to gaze into his eyes.

Calum reached up with his hand and cupped it around her neck and the base of her skull, pulling her back to him, giving in to the impulse to taste her and needing to feel her lips on his again.
