I've gotta' tell you

Hitting that button on my phone that goes straight to the KDP report is my new addiction. Every time I see a sale or Kindle pages read my heart soars.

I don't know what it is about some of us who absolutely have to create. But when I realize I have connected with another human being through my writing I am absolutely uplifted. If I could eat good reviews, believe me I would send my work out to everyone for free.

Recently a friend of mine told me one of my books was quoted during a presentation. Wow! who am I to be quoted?

One of the biggest surprises of publishing is that despite its female protagonist, and a slant toward the romantic, men readers have loved the book. (There's not even one mention of submarines in the whole thing.) That's a joke I have with my husband. We have watched every single movie on Netflix that has a submarine on the cover.
