Sharing my fish with you!
Tonight’s light dinner…
Spicy fish fillet cooked with abundance love in support of my healthy lifestyle.
Start by grilling the fish fillet, stove top skillet, no oil.
In another pot, caramelise 1 onion with 1 tablespoon olive oil,
add 1 tomato cut in cubes,
let simmer, then add 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce.
When done serve over the grilled fish.
Enjoy!
