In the third episode of Season 19 "Project Runway" , the Theme was HALLOWEEN ! We filmed the season (and episode) over the Summer but we knew it was scheduled to air during Halloween so...we thought it would be fun to give the designers a Challenge inspired by "Spooky Couture"; NO Halloween costumes but more Alexander McQueen-esque Spooky Masquerade Ball-like. Many designers are inspired (such as McQueen) by more Goth/Dark/Haunted themes and so this design challenge seemed perfectly timed for Halloween...

Before the filming of the episode started, I was tasked to check out the "Hai Trim & Feathers" store in the NYC Garment District, to buy "A BUNCH" of trims that I thought the designers would want at their disposal for the Challenge, as well as to help in creating a Mask and/or Accessory to go along with their look...
