Rahma Krambo It's kind of bittersweet, isn't it? I have similar encyclopedia memories. Maybe it was because my father worked for Grolier and we had several sets at home. Our house currently has my husband's set from his childhood.
It's a trip back in time to drag them out and thumb through once in a while. Some information never changes. Searching through one is a whole different experience than a Google or Wiki search. Thanks for a thoughtful post.
