This online workshop is a direct training and transmission in the pioneering methods offered in her book Nondual Therapy: The Psychology of Awakening. The workshop is intended for practitioners and those seeking to integrate the principles of Nondual Therapy into other modalities or into their daily lives.

Topics covered include:

Freedom & Choice (finding freedom where we feel stuck or frozen – making the impossible possible).The suffering of the separate self (the healing power of nondual awakening and the wisdom of interdependence).Resourcing the qualities of consciousness (such as love, peace, innocence, silence)Vibrational fields – opening the Felt Sense through three layers of mind, heart, body.Contraction, expansion, and the rhythms of healing.
