The weather outside is . . .

Good Morning,

Christmas Eve finds Bristol grey, dismal and damp – there will be no picturesque Christmas for us, not even a touch of frost – but that’s outside. Inside, I’m hoping lights are twinkling, fires are roaring, last minute presents are being wrapped, and someone has started on the sprouts. 😊

I’m fully recovered from the effects of the virus, and fingers crossed won’t go back to smoking! I’m also very lucky to be going to my son’s home for Christmas as my daughter-in-law is an excellent cook and hostess, all my family will be there, and we get the excitement of Christmas with the Grandchildren. All is well in our world. I think everyone in the UK is going to squeeze all the enjoyment they can out of the next few days, as I fear another lockdown is looming.

This is just a quick note, to thank you for your encouragement, support and kind words over the last year. Thank You!  I hope that whatever you’re doing, whoever you are with, you have a peaceful, happy Christmas, and a healthy, peaceful New Year.

So, until the 2022, stay safe, and happy reading,
