Is A New Anglo-Irish Treaty Required To Secure The Peace Process?

Loyalist violence against the Protocol has erupted again, albeit in small pockets. The real threat such instability creates is primarily against the peace process. Perhaps the time has now come to negotiate a new Anglo-Irish Treaty to replace the Good Friday Agreement if that peace process is to be secured.
