My Stupid Word Document Is Read Only On My Phone MS Word App. How Can I Fix It?

If your shared Word document is in Compatibility Mode, it will open as "read only" on other devices as apps, including the Word app for the phone. But you can fix it on your computer or other device by saving/converting it to the newer Word version format.
