Some time ago, cucumberseed started riffing on this rhyme on his LJ. Lots of other people joined in. Soon we had a collection of bizarre, macabre rhymes for Cinderella. They seemed too good not to share with a wider audience. .... Enter publisher extraordinaire Erzebet Yellowboy of Papaveria Press and the magnificent artist Adam Oelhers, and the result is
