Who knew launching a book could be so much WORK??
I can totally see why authors dream of landing a traditional publishing deal - just so they don't have to go through the headache of coordinating with an editor (or three, in my case), hiring an illustrator (or five), buying ISBNs, setting up profiles all over the internet, making sure the cover is formatted perfectly for KDP, adding each version of the book to GoodReads as a separate item, and then reaching out to every friend or contact who might possibly want to write a review for your baby...
...all while trying to write the sequel!!
Whew!
But here we are! The first installment of "World Mystery Academy" is LIVE on Amazon as a paperback and ready for pre-order as a Kindle, which will be available officially on December 3.
I'll do my best to track the publishing process here... :)
