I was sitting at my "Surival Job" thinking, "I REALLY don't belong here! I just don't get how I'm still working here! Is this going to get any better?" Sound familiar?

So I got up to go to the bathroom and I walked into the manager of the department (as I often dreaded). Could you believe he didn't say one word to me EVEN after I said, "good morning." Then I thought, "I wonder how common something like this is, that people base whether or not they need to be nice to you depending on the posit
