Why Should I Care

Someone close to me who is a "Claims Examiner" had just gotten a call from a "claimant" whose doctor pulled them out of work. Why? Because the "claimant" says, "My new job duties are too much right now." Want to know what he does? The actual claim says (and this is 100% true), "Employee stands there and feeds mail into a machine."

Do you think that is the real reason why the employee doesn't want to go to work? Do you think he cares about this company? Do you think the company cared about him?[image error]
