Quick Update

Sorry it’s been so long since I posted an update!

First off, I’m not dead I’ve had a few emails over the last couple of weeks from readers who were concerned about that, because I’d been silent for so long. I really do apologise to anyone that I made worry. That wasn’t my intention.
