A Drunk Realization...

One drunk friend said, "At some point in this life, we all need to beg, borrow, or steal to keep going."
To which the other drunk buddy replied, "I am too dignified to beg, too principled to steal, and too anxious about being in debt to borrow."
The first drunk friend gave a loud hiccup and declared, "Then you, my friend, are too certainly doomed not to live at all."
