What Is Rudraksha?

A rudraksha is the seed of the Elaeocarpus ganitrus tree. Rudraksha usually grows at a certain altitude in the mountains, mainly the Himalayan region. These seeds are a product of the Himalayan soil and atmosphere thus developing a unique vibration that is beneficial to those on the spiritual path.
