Tea, Lost Treasures, and Time to Read

Fall means I need to get ready to be indoors.  And indoors means tea and time to read.  This year's genre is "Treasure/relic/parchment/ancient artifact that if found by the bad guys/secret evil society/fanatics will wreck havoc/destruction/death to humanity." I know, you won't find that on some Google search.
