5 ways to add life to your boring work schedule!

Well, if I guess right, almost every one of you are working really hard right now. Most of you are committed to jobs that require sitting in front of the computer for hours. And some of you might indulge in creative tasks as well. In both cases, a lot of effort and time is required. Well, no matter how you started, after some time, everything becomes quite monotonous. Even if you are doing a job that you love as baking or photoshoot, if done regularly, these turn to become quite wearying. We all need entertainment at some point or another. Well, getting stuck in a job that seems monotonous can be really depressing. So just for you, I have thought of some very brilliant ways that can bring life to your dull work schedule.

Twenty minutes break — This is specifically for the ones who are working non stop throughout the day. Say, you are working from home or writing a book for that matter! I would suggest you concentrate deeply on your work for the first 20 minutes. Keep a reminder on your mobile after this period gets over. Now take five minutes to break! Well, you would ask me what can you do in a 5 minutes break. As compared to the 20 minutes of hard work that you just did, these five minutes can turn out to be a boon for you. This will not just refresh your mind, but you can do lots of creative things during this time. Well, for example, have your favorite chocolate, drink some water, just watch some reels on Instagram, talk to your kid or simply close your eyes and relax. You will love the energy you get to work again after this time. Follow the cycle for the rest of the day!

Listen to light music while working — Music actually has the power to relieve your senses when you are stressed. Obviously, I don’t need to define the amount of stress you feel while you work. So you can just try and play light music in the background while you are working your way out. Of course, you have to stop it when you find it distracting you from yours. But on and off, it might work wonders.

Talk to yourself — I know people call it crazy. But there is nothing wrong with talking to yourself. If you believe me, this can be the best stress, Buster, in your life. Especially when today you have nobody free to listen to you, your own soul becomes your soul-mate. You can try conversing with yourself when you find something weird in the file you are working on. Or you can crib about the bossy nature of your boss and so on. And do you know what is the best part of doing so? Your secret will never be revealed to anyone else.

Work with a friend — Friends make life fun, what is work then? If you have colleagues who are your best friends, you can join them in their cabin and work from there. Today, we understand that it is not possible because of work from home situation. But you can always keep track of how much progress you are doing are they are making through video calls and zoom meetups.

Munch and work — Food, especially sweets, can be the best stress buster and mood builder. Keep some nuts, fruits or snacks handy to much on when you are working. But remember, I am not telling you to overeat and gain lots of weight through this. You can have healthy munchies like flax seeds and cashew nuts or simply chew a pack of chewing gum as well.
Just hope that who work won’t feel as boring as it does right now after you follow the steps. If you have some more ideas, I am all ears to hear them.
