What was once known as the “Philippine Insurgent Records” (PIR) in the U.S. National Archives has been renamed the “Philippine Revolutionary Records” by the National Library of the Philippines where it is now preserved.
This curious document in PRR is a fawning letter from Jullana [Juliana] Valerina, wife of General Pio del Pilar to Hilaria [Yayang] del Rosario, wife of Emilio Aguinaldo.
