While we utilize Discord for our FnordCon events (FnordCon 4 Virtual is back, November 5-7!), we wanted to highlight some of the game-specific servers that fans have set up and which now host thriving communities of similarly-minded gamers. These are great places to find players for online games of The Fantasy Trip or GURPS , or talk cars for Car Wars . If you haven't used it before, Discord is a tool that works similarly to forums, but its channels are usually dedicated to a particular interest. They also have voice chat and even video options built in, which can be super useful for remote gaming.
