At least 32 were injured after a 5.9 magnitude earthquake in Tokyo

The quake that struck Japan last Thursday night, the strongest Tokyo to experience in a decade, left at least 32 injured, two fires and the disruption of various rail lines in the capital and other regions of the country.

According to the latest update from the Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA), a magnitude 5.9 earthquake measuring 75 kilometers deep had its epicenter in Chiba Prefecture, eastern Japan, and affected the provinces of neighboring Tokyo and Saitami.
