October's Blog (I couldn't come up with a title for the life of me.)

Welcome to October! Was it just us or did September drag? That was the longest thirty days of my life. Holy cow. Let's jump right into it, shall we?

Now, because we don't have any more releases for the rest of the year, this is usually our "down" time to catch up on writing and getting ready for the new year. With that being said, Obsessive Compulsions is about halfway written. We expect to finish it this month. Fingers crossed for that! Starting a whole new series has felt really surreal. With Goog, Miles, Pearl, and Cherish we were able to continue where we left off and not explain/describe so much. First books are always the hardest and dense, that's for sure. But, we love these babies like the others.

After we wrap up O.C., we're going to jump right in and get started on A Missus for the Mister. Next year three finales are coming (Including Simon and Cherish's) and to know that's literally on the horizon leaves me in awe. Four years ago, when we started this endeavor, we'd written four books in advance. We didn't think we'd make it, but now, here we are branching out to finish the series' that started it all and moving into new ones...this is literally a milestone.

Ah! I'm getting sentimental. Moving on, moving on. We hope to commission the book cover for The World We Once Knew V. I can't believe our little-big zombie series has gone on so well. We're past the halfway point now and we have plenty of nail biting, anger inducing, "twisty-turny" ideas to throw your way! We. Can't. Wait.

That's literally all I have for now. As the holidays gear up and another tough year is winding down, we hope you all stay safe and enjoy whatever brings...well...you joy. We'll see you in November!
