The Mexican foreign minister is asking the UN to end the blockade of Cuba

Mexican Foreign Minister Marcelo Ebrard demanded this Thursday that the U.S. economic blockade over Cuba end “amid a serious global economic and health crisis.”

The Secretary-General of Mexico’s External Relations (SRE) participated in the Security Council’s open debate on climate and security at the 76th regular session of the UN General Assembly.
