Amazon boosts Kindle Paperwhite screen size and battery life in first major upgrade in 3 years - GeekWire

Panzer made a trip to the GeekWire site today. There he found a post about Amazon's upgrade to the Kindle Paperwhite.
Hey Mom! I want a new Kindle.
According to Todd Bishop's post, Amazon has increased the Paperwhite's screen size to 6.8 inches. The battery life has increased to 10 hours of reading time. The post includes comparisons between the old Paperwhite screen size and the new as well as information about other upgrades made to this new generation. The prices of the new Paperwhite are also included. Pre-orders are available now for an October 27 release date.
Panzer says, "The increase in battery life makes it worth it."
