Aw, that is so sweet of you. Hopefully it will put you in a positive frame of mind and enhance your subsequent studying :)

You might have been a little busy? You should perhaps try Like the Taste of Summer someday though. It's free, short, and the heart of the story is two college boys finding each other. I think you might like it. And I hope when you do get to The Rebuilding Year you enjoy that one. (PS - I like your friend :)

Oh dear, I hope you feel better. I've been delighted with the number of people saying they pre-ordered. MLR doesn't do that so I've never had a book out that way before. It's such an affirmation that people will buy it because I wrote it, with little advance review or discussion to go on.
So psyched to read this one! I pre-ordered it last month and am fighting not to open it up while I'm at work. Gotta wait til I get home so I can focus :)

Oh, I am so glad you liked it. The first day or two are always a little nerve-wracking, hoping the book will live up to expectations (which inevitably sometimes it won't and so I'm delighted if mostly it does.) Thank you.

I hope you come to love your e-reader - I also said never, but now I own a Nook because so much good M/M stuff is only available in ebook. Crossing my fingers that this story does appeal to you when you read it.
