FELIX RESURRECCION HIDALGO was painted in Manila as a toddler together with his grandfather (cropped out) by the 19thC master Malantic. From then a progression of images documents his growth and maturity in Paris ending with the last known photograph as an old man.
Worked on this and other images in my files over the weekend for a new FB series.
