Suu Kyi’s trial continues with a hearing after a two-month adjournment

A Burmese court resumed proceedings against ousted leader Aung San Suu Kyi on Tuesday after a two-month delay and after the 76-year-old politician had felt unwell the day before, the defendants’ legal team told Efe.

Suu Kyi is recovering from the apparent normalcy from the “dizziness” she suffered on Monday, which led to the cancellation of the resumption of sessions, one of her lawyers said in a message.
