Fall is Coming

Dear Readers,

I hope you are doing well. We just had a nice long holiday weekend here in the US and I am happy that I was able to get quite a bit of research for my next book done!

Fall is in the air and it is the time of year for pumpkins and cooler weather. That is if mother nature would be aware we are ready for cooler weather. It has been record heat out where I am.

I found that the Starbucks pumpkin spice lattes provide just the amount of caffeine I need to get my day going.

This weekend, I worked on researching quite about about pinnipeds and what it is like to work with them. This is a big hint for book four as one of our characters works in an aquatic center.

I thought it would be fun to throw in a job most people would never ever fathom holding. Hawaii is going to be an important location in the next third of the book.

My family is from the 50th state and it has been a nice homecoming to be able to describe so many of the hidden gems it holds.
