Tossed Tunes

On the agenda today was to go through my massive volume of music CDs and get rid of those that I don't listen to anymore.
You might as well start ripping off patches of my skin.
Yes. It was that hard. But, in the end, I did decided on a good 20 or 30 I could live without. Here are a few of them:
Blue Rodeo, "Tremolo" - Good alt-country, but I never got into the collection.
I Am Sam, Original Motion Picture Soundtrack - I'm not too upset about getting rid of this one. The Aimee Mann/Michael Penn track skips and that's the only reason I liked it.
REM, "Up" - Arguably, one of the lesser additions to the mighty band's catalog.
Eddi Reader, "Simple Soul"
Nina Gordon, "Tonight & The Rest of My Life" - The title track is epic, but not so much the rest of the collection.
Evan Johansen, "Quiet & Still" - I love his voice and the production, but it's no Postal Service.
BT, "Ima" - Tori Amos guests on the song "Blue Skies" and that's the only reason I ever listened to the record.
Under the Influence of Giants, "Under the Influence of Giants"
Snow Patrol, "Final Straw" - People are nuts about these guys, and while I loved "Run", that's as far as it went with me.
The Verve Pipe, "Villains" - "The Freshmen" is a classic, but I was not a fan of the other tracks.
Oasis, "Heathen Chemistry" - I wanted to love this CD. Please Don't tell the Gallaghers. I do not want to be beaten up by those bullies Noel and Liam if they find out I've tossed one of their records.
Monica Anderson, "Our Life" - She does a great cover of Blondie's "Maria."
KaiserCartel, "March Forth" - Sweet songs that unfortunately didn't stick with me.
Gods of Music, forgive me!!
