Abbas is holding its first Israeli-Palestinian high-level meeting since 2010
Israeli Defense Minister Beny Gantz met last night in Ramallah with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, the first high-level face-to-face meeting between Israeli and Palestinian officials since 2010.
“Gantz conveyed to President Abbas that Israel is seeking to take steps to strengthen the Palestinian economy,” the defense said in a statement, adding that both deal with security, civil and economic issues, with a focus on the occupied West Bank and Gaza Strip. Loop.
