Jack Cannon Book 4 and Updates!
Currently, I am editing book 4 of the Jack Cannon series which is the second part of the Pierrany 2-book adventure. There is one thing I do want to share with readers that I think is so important to me, as the writer. The first 4 books are a specific set of arcs for these characters. They truly are tied together. Book 1,
"The Bike Thief," establishes much of who the characters are and their dynamics, book 2, "The Myth of Rantu Island," escalates into a more ghostly adventure (very Goonies meets Scooby Doo), and finally, 3 and 4 "Pierrany Part I and Part II," escalate to what feels like Harry Potter being dropped into the Lord of the Rings series. All-in-all, it is quite fun watching the characters evolve together and go through extraordinary adventures.
Plans are in place for books 5,6 and 7. The stories to 5 and 6 are well flushed out and will begin a bit of a new run of story arcs for our characters as dynamics shift and they socially grow.
At the same time, I am so happy to share that I have donated over 200 books thus far to schools across the United States. Most recently, I am sending out books to 5 schools who won a Facebook contest and making sure every student and their teacher has a copy of "The Bike Thief." I provided 2 local schools in my community with books as well. It is a tremendous way to start the school year and I've gotten such positive feedback, in particular, from the kids who have been reading the series.
There are so many books out there and story choices so I wanted to sincerely thank you for lending some time to read a few of my stories. I can tell you that Jack Cannon and his friends will continue to defy the bounds of excitement and reality with every book. The excitement and journey only grows with each adventure.
Happy reading to all...and may everyone stay safe and well!!!
