During an equine facilitated and coaching workshop in Arizona, I had the privilege of working with a beautiful Percheron named Kairos, the most massive horse I have ever seen, well over seventeen hands. At the workshop, Kairos offered participants an equine learning experience in “being” versus “doing.” When I conduct sessions with clients, the client stands outside and prepares to enter the pen with the horse.
