No success without sacrifice. I think that’s a saying LOL. Either way, as a writer and creator, you likely have dreams of creating full-time. You want to wake up and enjoy the privilege of pursuing your passion and earning a liveable income while doing it.

But that dream often comes with some kind of concession. You may have to create content to appease an audience or market your work in a way that makes you uncomfortable. Our success as creators is so dependent on the validation of others that it puts us in situations where we have to make a decision.

Too often, those decisions can feel opposing. So let’s talk about it.
