Are those scratches you hear in the night your imagination or something more sinister?

Joshua Marsella‘s debut novel is a great one! A sinister tone is laced throughout the entire work as we read of Connor and his mother moving into the home she inherited from her father. What follows is a gruesome tale of how the sins of a father affect the generations after him. Read the work to see if Connor and his mom escape unscathed.

I really enjoyed this read. The horrific tension throughout the plot is excellent. The only thing I could say is that there could have been a little more showing than telling. If you like things that go bump in the night, you need to pick this up!
