Here we are in the middle of the month of July!
I've always thought of July as Hump Month - you know, like Hump day, i.e. Wednesday.
Now, we have the 'fun' part the year. What's coming up? Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day (thank you, dad!), (Halloween, which is not a holiday- but some disagree), Thanksgiving Day and Christmas!
Some use these as markers for the passage of time. Some for goals. Regardless, what do you hope to achieve for the rest of the year?
Whatever it is, I wish you all the best and yes, you can do this!
