Validation by spam

I've blogged before (elsewhere, not here), about validation by spam. You know, those wonderful spam comments you get on your blog, saying your post is the best thing ever, and linking to a porn site (or somesuch) in the associated url.

Sure, I know it's not real love, but I still enjoyed the (marginal) ego boost.
