Denella is a sought after world traveler, travel expert and industry thought leader, often speaking at conferences on the future of travel, women in travel, innovations in travel, and diversity in travel.  She held senior leadership positions with publicly traded multi-billion dollar travel companies: Hilton Worldwide, Carnival Corporation & Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings.  She is also the travel host on the broadcast television lifestyle and culture series “Traveling with Denella Ri’chard” focusing on vacation experiences around the world.  Season 3 will premiere May 9, 2021 on The CW South Florida WSFL airing on Sundays at 10am EST.  You can watch the show globally on the CJC network and  CJC Los Angeles on Sundays at 8:30pm EST / 5:30pm PST & 11:30pm EST / 8:30pm PST.

“Traveling with Denella Ri’chard” is a lifestyle and culture series that takes an authentic and adventurous exploration of the remarkable experiences in popular and off-the-beaten-path travel destinations.

Denella is on a mission to promote tourism, inspire people to travel, experience different cultures, and bring us all one step closer to discovering the beauty of our shared humanity. Season three is appropriately themed “Travel The World Again,” as Denella ventures off to find out what traveling is like in a COVID conscious world.  Tampa is the featured destination to kick off season three.  In Tampa Bay’s segment, Denella explores the history and culture of this diverse multicultural city (where what’s old is new again), as well as indulging at some of the best restaurants in the city.

“The goal of the show is to keep the audience dreaming about the joys of travel as we work our way through this COVID-19 period.  Those working in the tourism and hospitality industries will need each of us to support them by getting out, traveling, and patronizing local tourist businesses. Measures and protocols are put in place to do so safely.  “Traveling with Denella Ri’chard” is a platform to help keep the spotlight on travel and remind us about parts of the world that are still out there for us to explore,” said Denella.

Who Is Denella Ri’chard?

From creating online travel startups in the mid-’90s and owning her own travel agency, Denella Ri’chard is an award-winning industry expert and influencer in the world of travel.  

A product of South Louisiana, a self-professed travel gypsy, undercover artist, and wine aficionado, her mission is to inspire people to travel and experience different cultures, appreciate our kinship, and bring us one step closer to discovering the beauty of our shared humanity.

As a busy consultant, TV host, media, and corporate speaker, Denella has learned the art of balancing work with fun while periodically living abroad as an expat and traveling the world.  She has held senior leadership positions with globally recognized hospitality and cruise line brands: Hilton Worldwide, Carnival Corporation & Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings.   

Her passion is to share insights on travel, discover what’s new, and get the inside scoop from industry experts. Her next adventure is working on a new travel concept to create unique personalized, elevated vacation experiences.
