Our next ongoing training series begins this Friday at 11 AM in our Midlifers on a Mission FB community By popular request, we are taking a deep dive into releasing negative thoughts and emotions and relieving the stress caused by them.Check out this 4-minute video I made for you.The first four sessions in this series lay the foundation for understanding how we get the thoughts, beliefs, and emotions we have, how they affect our lives and our health, and what we can do to start shifting to better-feeling thoughts. (Really important to know - don't skip these!)Then, in future trainings, we will deep dive into common specific troublesome emotions, get a peek at our "shadows" (no they're not bad), and more about techniques for healing and leveling up our thoughts, beliefs, and emotions so they can actually propel us forward toward the lives and feelings we want instead of holding us back!Session 1: Beliefs, Thoughts, and Emotions - What’s your brain got to do with it?
