Following yesterday's response to the post on the Malolos Dinner menu, held on 29 September 1898 to celebrate the ratification of Philippine Independence declared in Kawit on 12 June 1898, I am posting both the LUNCH menu (left) reproduced in Harper's and the DINNER menu (sorry for the bad photo) from a copy in Xavier University Museum in Cagayan de Oro.
