What I'm Reading

I've been reading this complete TRASH for the last few weeks, and I absolutely mean trash in a good way. Like Downton Abbey but more saga-y. A large family, a PUBLISHING HOUSE, lots of people to keep track of, the first one is before and during WWI, the second WWII and the third (the worst one, which I was just reading to finish off the trilogy) during the 50s and 60s. Every time one of the women has sex she gets instantly knocked up, sex is usually either brilliant and perfect, orgasm the first time or terrible and lacking chemistry. Love is civilised, people are snobby. I can't lie, I loved it, devoured it whole, but it is complete fluff. Otoh I feel like we all need a little fluff in our lives right now so why not?
