T.O.P.'s Tuesday: Summer Series Week 2

Personal Goals for the Summer Picture Welcome back! How did you do? Do you have some goals set for the summer and beyond? As promise I'm sharing my summer goals with you. This week I'll share my personal health and spiritual goals with you all. I sat down and made a general list to start and am working on filling in the specifics.

​ Next week I'll share my writing goals for the summer. I look forward to hearing from you and what your goals are. Let's hold each other accountable.

PERSONAL HEALTH GOALS
*Drop a pant/dress size by first day of school
*Exercise/weights at gym 3x week
*Walk/run outside 5x week

PERSONAL SPIRITUAL GOALS
*Read my Bible for at least 15 minutes a day
*Journal at least 10 - 15 minutes a day
*Study my Bible for at least 10 – 15 minutes a day What are you personal goals for the summer?
