An Introspective Interview with Drake Jaden

Each interview has started with my impressions of the model I've interviewed. With Drake Jaden, I don't even know where to start. He exploded into my life a few months ago after commenting on the Papi cover with Parker Perry. You did a scene for Hot House with Parker Perry that seems to have sparked an interest with the two of you – can you tell me about filming that scene? Had you ever met Parker Perry prior to the shoot?

I met parker one month before that in may at the grabbys. We had quite a friendly, touchy feely first meeting in the back room of hydrate at ChiChi Larue's party on Thurs night along with Cole Streets and Donny Wright

We took to each other pretty quick and ended up (by coincidence) in a hothouse movie the next month. We got on the set and instantly starting going at it and picked up with where we left off in may. The crew stared at us very excitedly until finally one camera guy was like…"okay so I guess you're ready to start filming"

On screen you tend to be versatile, sometimes dominant, but mostly submissive – what Is your preferred role in bed?

It all depends on who I'm with. I love being dominated by someone physically larger than me. Those aren't the only types of guys I'm in to…but my philosophy has always been that if im hooking up with a guy who I would find intimidating at a first glance if he were to approach me while I was alone in a dark alley at night..im bottoming

I was a science major in college during my undergrad, and I was always fascinated by pi. Little do people know that pi is more than just 22/7, or 3.1415…… or the ratio of a circle's circumference to its diameter. When trying to mathematically study and analyze physics and the phenomena of the natural world..that number appears over…..and over….and over again. There are many other irrational numbers that pop up all over the place as well that are equally arousing.  It goes to show that there had to be SOME sort of purpose and design that went into our existence. That symbol is also used to exemplify many other quantities in other sciences.  (the same goes for the number e, which is the limit as h becomes infinity of the sum one plus the fraction one over h, all raised to the h power, but having a letter e on my chest would look dumb) *laughs

 

What site have you had the best experience with?

Kink.com and steelmill media have treated me VERY well since getting into the industry, and are my two favorite studios. I actually have mild asthma, but it was SEVERE when I was a kid and landed me in the hospital on countless occasions. If I'm in a situation where I can't breathe, I get panicky fast. Because of that breathe control is something I absolutely am not into, and don't even know if I could bite the bullet and ACT like I was on camera. I did a movie for steel mill media called predicaments two years ago where they mummified me. Is your family aware of your modeling career and if so, are they supportive?

They aren't. My family has been very good to me, and they know I'm gay and were readily accepting of it. However, they CAN be rather conservative in other respects. Its funny you ask because my dad MIGHT suspect, but he doesn't question. That particular bank still has my parents' mailing address for me because I've been with them since I was 18. Coming up in 2012, you'll be featured on the cover of a novel – how do you feel about that?

While normally I get the most stimulation in being featured on someone's face, being featured on the cover of a book is pretty damn cool too.

But in all seriousness, I can't thank you enough for allowing me to have this experience and opportunity. I'm humbled and also very excited to again see myself portrayed in a type of media that's not strictly pornographic film/still photography.

What led you to try your…er…hand at adult entertainment? Was it different than you expected? Were you nervous for your first scene?

I was slightly nervous before doing my first scene, but not because I was afraid I wouldn't be able to have sex in a room full of people with lights equipment and cameras mere feet/inches from my dick and ass. I was afraid that either my scene partner wouldn't like me, or we would not get along, or the studio might be disappointed in my performance capabilities. That couldn't have been further from the truth. How often do you film?

For about the first year and a half in the industry I filmed maybe 3-4 times a month on average. For the past two years however, my film career has had to take second  priority in my life as I have been back in school to pursue other more important and long term endeavors. Since then it averages about once every 6-7 weeks or so.

 

Who was your first crush?

The first recollection I have was one of my classmates in the third grade I believe (I'm not sure I even remember his name) At that point though, I didn't even fully understand what homosexuality was I don't think, let alone have any reason to be think I might be gay. I just remember always feeling gitty when I was around him lol…and thinking "I feel so drawn to you..but I don't know why…"

By the time I was in the sixth grade though I was pretty sure what those feelings were, although it took three more years to admit them to myself.

 

Are you seeing anyone?

No, I've been single for a very long time. The last real relationship I had was from 2005-2006, and the last guy I dated who I became SEMI serious with was for three months back in the fall of 2008. I would LOVE a  meaningful long term, lasting relationship with someone. Frankly it would be like a new experience for me.  My schedule makes it very difficult to establish that though, and the few people I've been able to attempt that with though have been unsuccessful.

 

Do you have a favorite scene?

I have four and just can't pick one. That is what inspired the title of my first book and autobiography "Heather Graham Saw My Hole and Other Reflections on My Life".

Which scene partner did you have the most chemistry with?  The most fun with?

I've had great chemistry with a LOT of my scene partners (I've HAD a lot of scene partners lol). But when people ask that question, the FIRST one who always comes to mind is Tyler Saint. Maybe I'm partial to him because he was my first scene partner ever..but I have always thought over the past three years of knowing him that he is one AWSOME fucking individual who really did his best to  help usher me into this industry.

 

What do you consider your best asset?

I've always considered my abs to be a good quality of mine. I have to work so hard at the gym to maintain muscle, but those have more of a genetic component to them. My favorite city in the world that I could DEFINITELY see myself living in (and really hope to someday) is London. I could vacation there every year. I also love Cape Town..I went there once in 2009 and got to go chumming and stand at what looked like the edge of the earth at Cape Point. That place is incredible because it's so far out and different from anywhere else I've been.

I still would love to go to South America. I want to see The Christ Redeemer (I'm not religious I just think it would be fascinating) and Peru to go to Machu Picchu.
