I hesitated calling it science. What’s been called “science” over the past year is up for grabs. I’ll leave it to others to debate that. The pandemic is essentially over. COVID-19 perhaps should not have ever been designated as a pandemic. Its known mortality rate is on par with a severe flu. Now, with vaccines widely available, the hospitals able to manage crises, medicines to treat the ill and an awareness of who and how COVID most impacts, we’re ready for life again.
