5 Weeks Until EVEN AND ODD!
Five weeks until my next book for kids, EVEN AND ODD, comes out!!! This book is chock-full of magic. While I was writing it, I deliberately asked myself on every single page, "Can I add more magic?" Actually devoted an entire draft to that.
Guess I've always secretly felt that when the White Queen said to Alice, "Why, sometimes I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast," she was throwing down the gauntlet. EVEN AND ODD has many, many impossible things before, during, and after breakfast.

My 7 year old has loved all of your middle-grade books. She had me ask the library if they could get the audiobook of Even and Odd as soon as it comes out. We love how each story is so unique and how much there is to discuss that relates to our own lives and world. Thank you for writing such magical stories of courage, adventure, love, loss, compassion, and friendship that inspire my daughter and help to grow her heart and mind.

I'm 70+ years old and really enjoy your books. Am looking forward to the next one. It's really nice not to have to deal with the gratuitous sex in a lot of adult books. Plus the plots and characters are always interesting and well developed.
