Writing is on the wall for Calibri: Microsoft to replace its default font and offers up 5 new choices - GeekWire

Today as Panzer was tootling around in the Catosphere he heard crying outside the Panzermobile. Following all the hoopla took our brave kitty boy to the GeekWire site. With no digging at all he discovered a post about Microsoft was causing all the angst.
I still miss Times New Roman.
According to the post by Kurt Schlosser, Microsoft has announced it's removing Calibri as default font in Microsoft Office. There are other fonts under consideration as the replacement default. Each of the possible replacements are described in the post. A link to Microsoft's Twitter announcement is included in the post.
Panzer says, "It's not even a nice breakup tweet."
Note: This is a medium length post. Bring a cup of tea and a muffin for today's reading enjoyment.
