During his childhood, R S Merritt lived on islands and even in a couple of Lighthouses. His love of books began when his father was stationed as a lighthouse keeper in New England. Each story in his "Zombies!" series is very exciting and creative. He loves writing in front of a window with a fire going in a cabin in the mountains.
